How do I create an Answers experience for a client with US and Canada locations?

Hi Team,

I currently have a client that has locations across US and Canada. I’m wondering what I have to do to locales to support the experience! I expected the “en” locale to work, but as of now, none of my Canadian locations are surfacing.
