How to create Answers experience with content from the US and Canada

Hi All,

I wanted to follow up on a previous post (How do I create a site for a UK client). I created a demo account with US entities only (Locations, Financial Advisors, Jobs, etc). However, I am starting to layer in Canadian entities as well - I recently added 10 Job entities in Montreal and Toronto among other Canadian cities. However, when I search for something like ‘Jobs in Toronto’ the Answers experience does not return those Canadian entities, but rather the Jobs in the United States.

Using the post above as a guide, I added both “CA” and “US” to the countryRestrictions in the Answers search config as I’d like the Job entities to be searchable in Answers. I did not add locales as all of the language profiles in the account are ‘en’. That said, is there something I’m missing that would prevent the Canadian entities from appearing in the search results?

Thank you!
Austin

Solution: Remember to adjust the country/region value to CA when uploading Canadian entities to the Knowledge Graph! This in addition to adding both “CA” and “US” to the countryRestrictions in the Answers search config will allow the entities to be searchable in Answers.
