I’m wanting to track how many visitors go to my company’s self-service site via a trackable link in my Google Business Review responses. Is there a simple way to imbed clickable links in responses or is this not currently possible? Many thanks!
Hi @Sarah_Rolufs - right now this is unfortunately not possible; you can always paste a URL with tracking parameters into a review response but we can’t hyperlink text.
This would be a good candidate to submit to Ideas if you’d like to further explain the use case and surface it to other users!
