Hi community,
I’m working with a brand who are blown away by the ability to utilize URL parameters like referrerPageUrl
and context
to curate Answers search results.
Is it possible to utilize custom parameters for query rules? For example, Yext adds the tracking parameter y_source
to their website URL when clicking through from Google.
The insurance company I’m working with uses a custom parameter to track agent context on their website. Specifically, they add a tag unique to their agents (agentId
) to any URL on their website a user visits after visiting an individual agent’s page.
Is there a way to reference this custom parameter for an Answers query rule? If not directly, is there a way to get the context criterion in query rules to consider agentId
instead of context
?
Many thanks!
Max
