KG Final Module Assestment

When submitting the final assessment, I am encountering two errors for which I do not know the solution for.

  1. When trying to add a subfolder to the Job entity (Job Description subfolder), I get an error message stating "Given Folder name exceeds max length of 60). However when I click out of this page and back to it, the subfolder is there.

  2. I saved the upload configuration in the Data File Uploads section but am getting an incomplete message after I submit.

  1. When I log in to your account, I actually don’t see the folder you’re referencing. I’m not able to recreate this error where the folder is still created. Could you share a screenshot so we can raise this to our engineering team? If the folder is still there when you log in, can you send a screenshot of that? If it is not there, can you send a video recording of you creating the folder, getting the error message, and the folder still showing up?

  2. The challenge grading rule is specifically looking for an upload configuration with the name “Job File”. Once you edit the name to match, you should pass this rule.

  1. When I logged on and looked at the folder tab, I saw that there was two sub folders named Job Department (custom field), see screenshot. After deleting these and trying to re-add the folders, I got a “cannot have repeated folder fields” error even though there are no subfolders, see screenshot.

I got the same error when trying to set the folder structure in my account. I’ve raised this to our Engineering team and will get back to you when I have an update.

On the KG Final Challenge (Step 8 Folder just the jobs by the Job Department field), I keep getting an error “Given Folder name exceeds max length of 60” even though I followed in instructions laid out on the module assessment - see screen-shots below. Could someone help with this? Thank you!

This is a known issue that we have raised to our engineering team. We received an update from them yesterday that they identified the issue and are working on pushing a fix for this.

Once this is resolved I will follow up with a post here so you can complete this challenge! I have also extended the expiration date for your challenge account so you won’t lose any progress.

Following up here that this issue with the folder restructuring has been resolved! If you both want to go ahead and complete this step again it should work and you should be able to complete the challenge.
