This evening when I accessed my account, I found that all of my progress had been lost. Is there a way to resolve this?
Hi @Andrea_Ezell! We’re actually experiencing an outage on the site right now. I took a look in our database and your progress still shows on the backend. We’re working on getting the outage fixed, at which point you should be able to see your points and badges in the platform again. I’ll follow up here once you’re good to go!
