I've been having some issues handful of modules in the KG section in Hitchhikers and no matter how many times I complete them I don't get the credit and or it says I didn't complete a single step

Update here James, thanks for your patience - it looks like in our database we’re seeing those modules as incomplete on our end as well.

The issue here is that challenge accounts only last for 5 days - so after a challenge account expires, without an active challenge account it is hard to see what the issue might be.

Could you go back and complete the Module 5 assessment again? If it still shows as incomplete, this will create a new challenge account so we can look into any issues.

I just completed it so I think the bug is fixed but I don’t feel like I should have to complete all of the remaining modules all over again.

Hey James - if challenges are working for you now, that’s great! We’re still trying to determine whether this was actually a bug or not. Without further investigation, the only way to get credit for the remaining challenges you’re seeing as incomplete will be to resubmit them.

We’re happy to continue looking into this if you’d like - if so, screenshots of where you are seeing the challenges marked incomplete will be helpful. Also, we’d like to confirm that you’re creating a new challenge account for each challenge (using the Start Challenge button on the challenge itself), since each challenge creates a new demo account for you to use. It’s not possible to get credit for multiple challenges in the same challenge account.
