Quiz not recording

Sometimes when I am taking a quiz it says ‘You completed the quiz in 1 attempt and received 0 points’. When I go back and look at the questions they all have the check mark green next to them. Then I have to retake the test and it marks it as a 2nd attempt and I thus lose points. This not only takes extra time having to take the quizzes multiple times but it is also knocking off points when it shouldn’t be. Please advise.

After further investigation, we determined the cause of the issue was due to an incident on our third-party provider Netlify’s end causing slow or failed connections. The issue is resolved now. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused, and the points that you lost, but rest assured this should not happen again!
