Q&A Component - Repurpose for Email Support?

Hi Team,

I have a client that is wondering if they could repurpose the Q&A component to, instead of populate questions customers type into the component, have those questions be sent to a specific email address instead?

I think they would prefer to have all communications centralized in one place, instead of telling their support team to also check inside the Yext platform to answer those questions.

Hi Luc,

The Q&A Component only works with the Yext Q&A feature; it does accept a custom endpoint. A custom component that submits elsewhere can be scoped with managed services hours.
