Semantic Text Search Now Available for Help Articles

You can now enable Semantic Text Search on the Name field of the Help Article entity type! It works just like it does for the FAQ entity type; instead of relying on individual keyword matches, the algorithm uses BERT to measure the semantic similarity between a user’s question and the title of a help article. This will make for a huge improvement in search quality for help articles.

You can activate it in the Configuration tab of your experience, like so:
