When syncing a client’s Google Tag Manager to Yext, I was under the impression that all we needed to add was the client’s GTM ID in the global_config.json file. However, this doesn’t seem to be firing/working as expected.
Is there a step I’m missing here? If not, what is the best way to troubleshoot and fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @Alessandro_Cosci - we have a built-in and easy-to-use mechanism to add GTM to your Answers pages. All you’ll need is to provide both your Google Tag Manager Name and your Google Tag Manager ID within the Answers Jambo repository.
