This is the first time I run the Connector and I get a “Failed” Status. The Map Fields are validated successful. Also when I download details, the file is blank.

Looks like you’ve got a typo with the URL entered for the Connector, so it can’t find the correct web URLs to pull in. There’s an extra s (see orange underline).
