Hi Team - My client is using the Answers overlay and we are seeing low traffic. My first thought is that people are not seeing it due to placement or size and/or it’s taking a second to load. My plan was to recommend a bigger button or change its color/placement. Do you have any recommendations (UX or otherwise) for how to increase traffic?
