For certain location searches, I am seeing the Mapbox load as an entirely gray box. Looks like it is too zoomed in, so the only thing you can see is gray. I am able to zoom out to see the surroundings, but would like the map to default to not show completely gray. I’ve submitted feedback to Mapbox through the “Improve this map” button, but am wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this in my Answers experience. I’m seeing this both on universal search and vertical search for searches that have only one relevant location. Searches that return a cluster of locations have the appropriate zoom.
I’m having the same problem Kristy mentioned. Was there ever a resolution here? Tagging @Liz_Frailey for availability because I think my response will only give a notification to Kristy.
One thing you can try is to adjust the zoom parameter as described in the Customizing Maps module . However, this only works to a certain extent as the zoom guidelines and settings are set by the map provider (the Answers default is MapBox).
