Reviewing Agent Handoff Requests in the Response Logs | Yext Hitchhikers Platform
The logs are processed and displayed in a similar fashion across all channels for Yext Chat. Channels refer to the different platforms through which chats are conducted, such as default (i.e. messages directly through the Yext Chat API or via the Yext Chat SDK and script tag), Zendesk, and Slack.
To view response logs specific to the Zendesk integration, go to the Response Logs page, click on the “Channel” filter, and select the “zendesk” option.
