Step 6: Monitor Insights and Analytics

It is essential to monitor your Reviews insights and analytics. We have several out-of-the-box dashboards you can use. Here are all of the tools available to analyze trends in your customer feedback:

  • Reviews Overview (navigate to Reviews > Overview): Here, you’ll see your reviews at a glance: high-level metrics, recent reviews, first-party reviews this month, similar businesses nearby, and competitors’ average rating.
  • Reviews Insights (navigate to Reviews > Insights): Easily extract actionable insights from how your brand is performing around key themes you can choose to track, such as customer service, product quality, pricing, and wait times. Summaries are generated weekly or monthly (depending on your business’s review volume) to show what people say.
  • Reviews Summary Dashboard (navigate to Analytics > Dashboards): This dashboard has a number of metrics, such as rating distribution, review count, average rating, response rate, average response time, reviews map, site distribution, and keyword sentiment.
  • Reviews Competitive Intelligence : Track the star ratings of nearby competitors to see how your reviews compare.
  • Want to adjust something you see on one of these screens? Build your own reports to analyze key performance metrics and dimension or filter in whatever way is most helpful for you.
