With the Zendesk For Reviews app, you can optimize your customer support by streamlining workflows and leveraging customer information you already store in Zendesk with Yext. Set the Zendesk for Reviews app to generate a support ticket whenever you receive customer feedback that you want to track. Furthermore, businesses using Yext Review Response can also respond to reviews directly from within Zendesk!

Once configured, the Zendesk for Reviews App can:

  • Automatically create a new ticket in Zendesk for each new review in Yext that fits the configured workflow(s).
  • Populate custom Zendesk ticket fields with the name and email address of the customer who left the review.
  • Empower an agent to send a review response in Yext by responding to the ticket in Zendesk.
  • Send updates to the corresponding ticket each time a review is updated, deleted or responded to.
  • Optionally use the customer who left the review as the requester of the ticket.
