Step 3: Add Permissions and Roles to Your Yext Users

If you are not familiar with our concept of roles and scopes, please refer to the Users Hitchhikers training module

By using Yext Auth, the permissioning system is the same as in Platform, just extended into Sites. On each user, you can add the role “Authorized Content Viewer” so that your users can access your Yext Site but not the Yext Platform.
