Introduction | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

On February 20th, 2023, Google is deprecating several legacy metrics in favor of new metrics released with its Performance API from July 2022. While we will still keep all historical data up until the deprecation date, you should update any reports, dashboards, and API calls to start using the new metrics as the deprecated metrics will no longer return any new data.

This guide will walk you through some of the changes you’ll see in the Yext platform and the steps that API-users should take to successfully migrate their Reports API endpoint calls to the new metrics.
