Introduction | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

Prerequisites

You will need a Production account with these subscriptions:

  • Review Monitoring (to fetch your reviews)
  • Review Response (to respond to reviews)
  • Review Generation (to create or update external first-party reviews)

Once you’ve successfully created entities in Knowledge Graph and started managing reviews from Yext, you can use the Knowledge API to interact with your reviews directly.
