Visitor Analytics | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

One aspect of authenticated sites, and authorized experiences is that users need to be logged in so the system can verify their identity and surface the content accordingly. As a result, we can support visitor level data on your experiences using this identity.

With visitor level data, we support visitor level analytics, which is a way to track how different users are interacting with Site and Search experiences. You can build reports and view activity such as Clicks, Searches, and Page Views dimensioned at the user level. Analytics features are completely opt-in, and are configured (or excluded) as part of the implementation process.

These metrics are very helpful for users who are looking to identify and respond to user-specific trends.
