There are a few limitations and details regarding synonyms that are important to understand before you start using them.
Limitations
- Chaining is not supported: This means if you have a synonym from A → B, and a separate synonym from B → C, searching A will NOT also yield C.
Nuances
Things to Know
- Plurals: You should NOT have to specify plurals for active entity types within the account. For example, specifying “healthcare facility” → “healthcare facilities” is unnecessary.
