I have successfully submitted the module assessment and got a 100% score as well.
However, still, I could see the ‘Invalid date’ issue. Please refer the below image.
I believe this because of some browser settings and may happen to very few. To reproduce this issue, if you need anything from my side, please let me know. I will share with you those details.

Yes, if you could follow up with the steps to reproduce the invalid date (including any browser settings) + a link to your staging site, that would be very helpful. I agree that this is likely happening to very few, because I had some colleagues test here at Yextl, and we all were unable to reproduce.
