Hi all, I’m trying to complete step 7 of this module’s assessment:

Navigate to Listings > Q&A in the platform and answer your own question.

But when I go to the Listings tab I don’t see a Q&A option. I’ve tried refreshing but it still doesn’t show up. Do I need to do something else to access this tab?

Hi Ben,

Sometimes it can take a bit for things to update. If you’ve completed step 3 of the challenge and added the services to the Organization entity, try using the “Clear Cache” button in the top right of the Account Settings page to manually refresh the available tabs.
