Q&A Module: Questions not popoulating

Hi all!

How long does it usually take for a question to get populated in the Listings > Q&A tab? I’ve launched the Q&A module and submitted a few test questions, but haven’t seen them show up (I waited an hour).

I know this might sound silly but did you make sure the module is mapped to the right organization entity in the json file? This happened to me and once I fixed the entity I had mapped the questions started popping up right away.

Yep I checked to make sure the entity ID’s match! No dice unfortunately

I just started seeing them populate!! Maybe just a lag - thank you!
