As of this week - Answers Search Term Clustering now uses Search Terms from Internal Searches along with External Searches when creating Clusters.
External searches are searches that come from a Consumer.
Internal searches are searches that come from someone at your company or a Hitchhiker at Yext.
Historically Answers Search Term Clustering only clustered Search Terms that originated from External Searches in the Last 120 Days which could exclude valuable Search Terms you’d want clustered in your experience.
With this change these Search Terms will now be included so you can see the full range of topics users are asking on your Answers Experience. Clustering will still only use Search Terms from the past 120 days.
