Search term clusters not appearing

Hi team,

I recently noticed that search term clusters are not yet appearing (only unclustered) in one of my recently-launched accounts and was curious why this might be. Is there a certain threshold of searches that triggers a cluster?

@henry_kremer Good question!

Search Term Clusters are run on a weekly basis and there is no minimum on the number of Searches that need to be run as long as we can find the following:

  1. A Search Term Cluster with at least 3 Search Terms
  2. A Search Term Cluster that does not represent more than 50% of your Search Terms (this helps reduce the potential noise of Clusters with unrelated Search Terms)

If neither exist, Search Terms will be considered Unclustered otherwise you will see the Search Term Clusters we’ve found for your experience under the clustering filter.

In your case - this seems to be a bug which are engineers are looking into and we’ll get back to you with an update as soon as this is resolved!
