Conversion Tracking Filters

Hi Team,

I recently set up Conversion Tracking and am very excited to see the results once my experience goes live!

I’m in the middle of QAing my experience and noticed that Conversions are being captured despite the fact that my experience is not yet live. These conversions appear to be from me clicking around as I test in the staging environment. Is it possible to filter Conversion Tracking to the Production label and to External traffic so we don’t capture clicks from internal users?

@Austin_DaCunha Are you referring to the Conversion Tracking Overview screen when you say you’re seeing conversions being captured?

We currently have filtering on this screen for Traffic source (see All Traffic) however we don’t have filtering for Configuration Version Label, this is on our backlog and we hope to add this soon.

Also since you referenced your Answers Experience going live, the Answers Value Dashboard will already account for displaying only External and Production data and you also have the ability to create a report in Report Builder as well where you can filter by these too!
