I’m trying to add a CNAME here but it keeps on adding the domain.com on the last text. how to fix this. Im following the steps here on Approach 2 - Subdomain Integration | Hitchhikers and it says “your IT team will know how to configure the record correctly”. At least they put a resource link for us to search it.

If I am understanding your question correctly – the name should be answers.novapatientcare.com and points to the record answers.novapatientcare.com.pagescdn.com
Where does it keep adding the domain.com? in the DNS or somewhere else?
Using this tool: Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email It seems like it was setup correctly!
