Formatting lost when using the Freshdesk Solution Article Connector

I used the Freshdesk Solution Article Connector to pull help articles to the Knowledge Graph. The body of the articles has lost all formatting we have in the articles and it did not pull the images included in some articles. How do I keep the formatting and images when using the the Freshdesk Solution Article Connector?

Hi Karine,

We’ve made an update to our app to preserve formatting and images.

If you navigate back to the Freshdesk Solution Article Connector you’ll see a prompt to update the app.

Once you go through that flow the connector will re-run and you’ll start to see formatted article bodies and images populate on your help article entities.
