Freshdesk Solution Article Connector (October '21 Release)

Use our new Freshdesk Solution Article Connector to pull your Freshdesk articles into the Knowledge Graph with just a few clicks!

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Go to the app directory and find Freshdesk Solution Article Connector
  2. Click Install
  3. Read over the installation page and click Install on Yext
  4. Enter your Freshdesk Domain Name and Authentication Key. You can find your Authentication Key on your Freshdesk account, under Profile Settings. Your domain name is simply the portion of your Freshdesk URL before “.freshdesk.com”.
  5. Click Edit Configuration if you’d like to look into the connector configuration and edit details before running. Click Sync Articles if you’d like to run the connector now.
