We’ve updated our Zendesk Help Article Connector to include Article Post Date and Article Update Date.
To update your connector head over to the Apps tab in the Yext platform.
Click on your Zendesk Help Article Connector. You’ll see a banner prompting you to update your app.
Click update and follow the install flow. Once you complete it you’ll have the latest version!
