Google Custom Search Engine Results Differ on Answers vs. Google

I have a client whose Links section is powered by GCSE. If you google a phrase and use the same phrase in Answers the organic links at the top of Google SERP is different than what appears on Answers. The URL of these links is indexed and crawlable.

Do you have any idea why this is happening or more information on how the results shown in Answers for GSCE are chosen?

Hi @Jordan_Phillips - any differences are likely a result of the Google CSE index. You can work with your client on requesting a re-index per this post.
