Hitchhiker Playground Account - Renewal before Expiration Date

Hi team,

I’ve set up a playground account to build out a scaffold for an approach I want to take at a later date in my production account, but the account is set to expire in the next week or so. Is there any way for me to renew the account and extend the period before it expires? Or do I need to fully set up a new playground account with the same configurations to preserve the configuration for reference until we move it into production?

Hi Sunil,

We can absolutely extend the expiration date for your playground account! I looked up accounts associated with your email and extended the account that was set to expire this week through the end of the year. Let me know if that works or if you need another account extended as well!
