How to find the Conversion ID in the Yext platform?

Hi All,

I’m really looking forward to utilizing the Conversion Tracking product but need some help setting it up. I recently created a number of tag-based conversions in Yext Analytics.

I’m in the process of setting up Conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager. I’m following the instructions in the Install Conversion Tags Using a Tag Manager help article and need help finding the Conversion ID in the Yext platform.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Hi All,

I figured out where to find the Conversion ID - Please see the instructions below!

  1. In the Analytics Overview tab in Yext: Scroll to the bottom of the page to the ‘Segment by’ dropdown
  2. Open up the dropdown and select ‘Conversion Action’
  3. Select ‘Manage Conversions’ on the right hand side of the page
  4. You’ll be taken to a Conversion Actions page where each of the conversion actions you’ve set up will be listed in a table. Click the relevant tag-based conversion action (See here)
  5. Select ‘Tag Setup’
  6. Click ‘Use a tag manager’ under ‘Step 2 Install Conversion Tracking Tag’ to see your conversion ID (See here)
