Is MX Record Needed for Review Generation?


I have a client who would like to utilize the Review Generation tool. She is asking whether or not her IT Team should add the MX record(s). Is it requirement or an option to add?

Hi @Miriam_Wolf - MX records are not needed unless you are using a custom email domain. But they are always recommended as they are important for email deliverability — so we suggest using them whenever possible.
