Linking Yext search to category in Zendesk

Hi team,

I’m setting up Yext within my Zendesk Help Center, and specifically while trying to add to my ticket request form, the Hitchhikers directions direct me to choose one ticket field ID to match a list of categories against my documentation. This is fine for one ticket request form, but our organization has multiple forms (one for IT support, another for HR, etc.). Is there a way to have the search bar recognize multiple category fields?
