Locations in Knowledge Graph Not Displaying in Search Results

Hello,

We are running into an issue where only certain healthcare facility entities are returning when running a search for Gastroenterology. All of the locations are in the Knowledge Graph but only some are displaying when doing a search. I am not sure what is causing this to happen. Could this be related to the Gemodifier field? I noticed that the entities that are displaying have the Geomodifier field populated and the entities that do not have this populated are not displaying.

Hi Keisha,

Could you please share a screenshot of the search log details page for a “Gastroenterology” search? You can do that by placing the search in the platform, and then clicking on the “debug” icon in the upper right corner.

That page will give more information about why each specific result is returning.
