I’m trying to reorder verticals for an account’s answers experience for the query “online banking”, but am met with a “An unknown error occurred. Please try refreshing the page” message.
I’ve refreshed the page/account multiple times, but am still having trying. I also tried making the edit on multiple Configuration labels, but still no luck.
Can you please advise next steps or reach out for the account ID to further troubleshoot?
