Search results not including entities with corresponding cities

I’m running into a situation where I run a search for “doctors in X city”, and I am not seeing the corresponding entities that have X marked as the city within their address. The query hits the builtin.location field for X city (providers), but it is showing entities with different Y/Z cities instead.

Could someone please help me decipher what is going on? Thank you!

Just closing the loop here that the issue was resolved having been due to sorting entities based on a custom field. Reach out if you have any other questions!

Yes, this has been resolved! The end solution was to enable the address.city field within the search config, which allowed for entities to be sorted by city.
