Hello there!

Question about linking socials for listings

When attempting to link a Facebook page, I got the attached message about my listing not existing even though it does. This has happened with a few listings, but the message is the same each time.

How might I proceed from here?

Thanks for your message!

You can only connect Yext with Facebook location pages and not “fan” pages.

Could you please link me to the FB page in question so I can take a look and confirm whether my hunch is correct?
