Uninstall Error

Hi,
I am trying to uninstall the Yext AI Search from installed packages from Salesforce and it’s not allowing me to delete metadata. I am getting this error:

Unable to Access Page
The value of the ‘delID’ parameter contains a character that is not allowed or the value exceeds the maximum allowed length.

Hi Barb,

I’m confirming receipt of your support ticket. We can continue corresponding there. For future reference to upgrade to our latest package version you do not need to delete your Yext app and re-download. You can just install the latest update.
