Hi all,
Which team at Yext reviews flagged First Party Reviews? There have been several instances where no action was taken on flagged reviews that should have been taken down according to moderation guidelines. This has resulted in the reviews having to be manually removed from the platform so I am wondering if there is a specific team to contact about these issues.

The Yext Product Team is responsible for the moderation guidelines, and the Publisher Operations team is responsible for reviewing flagged reviews and determining whether or not to take action based on the guidelines.
