Once you’ve successfully created entities in Knowledge Graph and started managing Q&A from Yext, you can use the Knowledge API to interact with your Questions and Answers directly. These endpoints allow you to fetch any Questions from Yext, and post new Answers, update existing Answers, or Delete Answers. Currently, Yext supports First-Party Q&A and Google Q&A, and these endpoints will allow you to ensure all of your customers’ questions are answered in an accurate and timely manner.
