Mobile-Supported Features | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

Users can log in to Yext on their mobile device’s browser and take advantage of the following features:

Home and Navigation

  • Navigation bar via the Menu tab
    • Users can navigate to mobile-optimized pages noted by the “Mobile-Optimized” tag
    • Toggle from mobile to desktop view using the desktop icon. Mobile-optimized pages are in the mobile view by default. toggle to desktop icon

Reviews

  • Review Monitoring
    • Review and filter your reviews
  • Review Response
    • Directly respond and suggest responses with the option to use assets, embedded fields, and Generative Review Response
    • Delete and update review responses

Knowledge Graph

  • Review and Search for Entities
    • Supported Entity Types: Location, ATM, Restaurant, Hotel, Financial Professional
      • Note: Unsupported entities will not appear in the mobile view.
    • Entity Preview: Name, Address, Entity ID
    • Filter Options: Entity Type, Label, Folder
  • Updating Basic Business Information
    • Supported Fields: Description, Hours (including the Holiday Hours and Temporarily Closed fields), Photo Gallery
    • Limitations:
      • Applying assets to these fields is not supported
      • Embedded fields are not displayed as a badge (double brackets will still work as embedded fields reference)
