User Sessions | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

This doc outlines the expected behavior for a user logged into the Yext platform.

Session Duration

By default, a login token lasts 30 days, beginning when a user logs into Yext. After 30 days, the user will be prompted to log into Yext again.

Login Token Behavior

After a login token is issued, the duration is not extended when a user interacts with the platform.

For example, a user who logs into Yext on June 1st will have their token expire on July 1st. If they interact with the Yext platform on June 15th, this does not extend the duration of their existing token to July 15th. The user will be prompted to log into Yext again on July 1st.
