Build Custom Review Collection Pages | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

Introduction to Review Collection

Review Collection Pages are used to collect First Party Reviews from a business’s customers. Yext provides a standard, non-customizable Review Collection Page for each entity which is subscribed to Review Generation. However, many businesses want the ability to completely customize the look and feel of their Collection Pages, and also collect additional attributes in addition to the review. The Review Submission APIs allow businesses to build a bespoke experience for collecting first party reviews on top of the Yext platform.
