Step 7: Post-Launch Optimization

Now that you’ve launched your Search experience, you need continuous optimization to be successful. You’ll want to see what users are searching for and how the Search experience changes, so you can adapt.

  1. Monitor the trends and optimize.
    1. Search Terms and Clusters - Check out the groups of search terms and clusters that user are searching for so that you can optimize results for them.
    2. Search Analytics - Measure the performance and trends of your experience.
    3. Experience Training - Continue monitoring and approving/rejecting the NLP filters, spelling corrections, and featured snippets proposed by the system to further refine the search algorithms.
  2. Continue to debug any unexpected results and improve the search quality of the experience. As mentioned in the QA
