Hitchhikers Search Built with React Library

In this release, Hitchhikers Search functionality has been rebuilt using our Search UI React library. With this redesign, we have made improvements to Search quality and design by reducing the number of verticals in the Hitchhikers experience, enabling interspersed results and improving filtering capabilities.

Now, the Search experience is broken into four verticals — one for Resources that includes help articles, guides, videos, and training tracks. One for Events, one for Community posts, and one for Ideas.

How This Impacts You

Now it should be easier than ever to find the relevant content. With the different content types interspersed in the results, you can now see all of the options and choose the resource that best fits your need. Additionally, you can leverage the updated filtering to further refine the search results as needed.
