Advanced filter for search is not working

Hi,

I set up an advanced filter for each vertical of my search experience. This way, only the entities marked as “active in search: yes” will show up on my search results. I did the same also for the promo cards and assigned the filter to that vertical. Now, the filter is empty as I don’t have any promo entity active in search at the moment. Still, every time I type one of the keywords that should trigger the promo, this shows up in the search experience.

Do you know why this is happening? How can I solve it without removing the entity from the KG?

Hi,

Following up on this, the problem here is that removing all the entities from a filter will trigger an internal ticket to confirm the filter update was done intentionally, and, until this is confirmed, the filter update won’t show up. This is a behavior implemented to make sure nothing is deleted by mistake,
